Art appraiser, 81, swept up in arrests in Occupy Portland

Jack Mongeon, 81, was the oldest person arrested as the police took people away on Sunday after the parks were shut down. Mongeon said he didn’t go there to be arrested and wasn’t with the Occupy Portland people.
